Welcome to the web site of "(U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary) Arlington...Flotilla 14-2" located in Jacksonville, Florida. We currently have 27 members who serve the greater Arlington area. The Flotilla meets at 7 PM the first Tuesday of every month at the CAP SQUADRON FACILITY, CRAIG AIRPORT 855 SAINT JOHNS BLUFF ROAD. (Map to it)

Vision Statement: “ We shall develop member capabilities and proficiencies for providing and improving recreational boating safety and insure we remain responsive to Maritime Homeland Security efforts as we create the organizational flexibility to better meet today’s needs and tomorrow’s challenges”

Mission Statement: “United States Coast Guard Auxiliary Flotilla 14-2 – Arlington- shall create a well trained and motivated membership with the purpose of providing safe boating education and awareness to the public. In addition, it is our purpose to act as a direct support and force-multiplier for the United States Coast Guard missions.”

The United States Coast Guard Auxiliary is composed of uniformed, non-military volunteer's who assist the Coast Guard in all of its varied missions, except for military and direct law enforcement. These men and women can be found on the nation's waterways, in the air, in classrooms and on the dock, performing Maritime Domain Awareness patrols, safety patrols, vessel safety checks and public education.

The United States Coast Guard Auxiliary was founded in 1939 by an Act of Congress as the U.S. Coast Guard Reserve and re-designated as the Auxiliary in 1941. Its 30,000 members donate millions of hours annually in support of Coast Guard missions.
